About Trigarc

Trigarc is a full-suite Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform for regulated institutions.

Why Trigarc was built

Trigarc was built after repeated exposure to the same pattern across regulated institutions: legacy GRC systems were in place, but critical governance execution still depended on manual intervention.

The objective was not to add another dashboard. The objective was to build a configurable operating system where audit, risk, compliance, controls, and analytics execute on one accountable foundation.

Gaps observed in the global GRC landscape

Global-first tools miss local regulatory operating detail

Many institutions inherit control structures that are expensive to adapt to local supervisory expectations and reporting cycles.

Rigid workflows create manual workaround cultures

When systems cannot reflect operating reality, governance execution shifts to spreadsheets, email chains, and reconciliation overhead.

Fragmented data weakens assurance quality

Audit, risk, compliance, and controls teams often report from different datasets, increasing decision latency and error risk.

Cost keeps rising while visibility remains delayed

Institutions pay for software and still pay for manual governance labor because the system does not reduce execution burden.

Domain authority

The team brings operating-level expertise in audit, risk, and compliance execution. That expertise informs the structure of Trigarc workflows, control models, and evidence standards.

This is not theoretical advisory language. It is direct design input from teams that have run audits, managed findings, supported regulatory reviews, and handled remediation pressure in real institutions.

Engineering backbone

The platform is built with system engineering capability across AI, data, and architecture. The focus is production reliability, governed automation, and traceable data flows.

In practice, this means institutions get configurable process execution and analytics without sacrificing control integrity, audit trail quality, or reporting defensibility.

Team positioning

Trigarc is shaped by professionals with ex-Big 4 audit and risk experience who understand how governance systems fail under real operational pressure.

The value is not a pedigree label. The value is design judgment: what evidence must be captured, how workflows should escalate, and which reporting outputs withstand scrutiny from boards and regulators.

Philosophy

Systems over tools. Configurability over rigidity.

Governance breaks when institutions are forced to adapt their operating model to software constraints. Trigarc is built on the opposite premise: the platform adapts to institutional reality while preserving control discipline and audit trail integrity.

That is why Trigarc focuses on configurable workflows, regulator- aligned execution, and measurable operating outcomes instead of feature volume.

Trigarc is designed for banks, credit unions and cooperatives, microfinance institutions, insurers, large enterprises, and regulatory bodies operating in regulated jurisdictions.
